At Springview Farm Gourmet, we have a passion for food. When we can't grow our own produce, we like to keep it local by sourcing only from a select number of Australian owned suppliers.
BEETROOT RELISH

A vibrant, rich and sweet Relish, An addictive combination of home grown beetroot, oranges and apples.  This relish perfectly compliments cheese and bikkies, add it to a salad, make a dip with yoghurt or philly cheese. The perfect topping for hamburgers, but our favourite is camembert cheese topped with Beetroot Relish.  Superb with cold meats.
STRAWBERRY VANILLA JAM

Nothing beats the smell or taste of fresh homegrown strawberries. Â The kids love collecting the naughty snails from around the strawberry bed and feeding them to the chooks! Â we only use organic vanilla beans from vanilla Australia making this Jam 100% Australia grown and produced.
PEPPERED PUMPKIN CHUTNEY

This Chutney was the reason for starting my business. It never ceases to amaze people with its beautiful flavour, just peppery enough and the colour is WOW! I am constantly hearing from people as to what they use Pumpkin Chutney for. Bacon and eggs will never taste the same without it, the simple salad sandwich or ham and cheese toastie suddenly becomes amazing, a must have for every BBQ, cover the top of your lamb or beef before roasting. Some just have it straight up in a sandwich. A must have!

WILD BLACKBERRY JAM

We have a love hate relationship with the blackberries on the farm. The sheep paddock is the main problem. They are as wild as kids in a candy store! So what we can’t contain by slashing we put them to good use by picking and making this delicious preserve!
RASPBERRYÂ JAM
Weight: 300g - $12
Raspberries are one of the easiest berries to grow, they are almost impossible to kill and seem to take over every garden bed they are planted in. I grow a late summer/autumn variety. The kids, dog and chooks compete with me in getting the ripe raspberries. As the jam is made from freshly picked raspberries, the flavour and colour is superb.
This jam is seasonal due to small quantity of raspberries grown and picked.
SHORTBREAD HEART

Sweet buttery shortbread. Â My Grandmother and Auntie taught me how to perfect the art of making shortbread. Â Only the best ingredients are used, with butter being crucial. Â A perfect treat with a cup of tea. Â Delicious with Jam or lemon butter spread between two biscuits. or dip them in chocolate for a decedent treat.
CHOC CHIP BISCUITS

Deliciously moreish. Freshly made for each order. Once you have tasted these cookies you will not be able to stop at just one.
Made using Australian flour, Australian sugar, Australian butter, the best Australian chocolate and fresh free-range eggs from our lovely chooks.
Perfect by themselves, dipped in tea or hot chocolate, or for an easy but wickedly sinful dessert or snack, try making an ice-cream cookie sandwich.
ALMOND FLORENTINES

Florentines made the traditional way with Australian grown Almonds, Dark chocolate base, cranberries and mixed peel. Â The toffee is made with sugar, butter, cream and honey from our farm. Â One bite and you will be hooked!

Delicious buttery melt in your mouth YoYos. Â Made with the best Australian butter and sugar and homegrown freshly squeezed Lemon Juice. Â These little gems are perfect for every occasion.
